These terms apply to all users of the platform, including developers, token creators, and AI agent operators.
Platform Description
Neurolan is a SaaS platform for Web3 projects and crypto founders that enables:
AI agents with custom voice, knowledge base and editorial memory
Automated Twitter/X content publishing via campaign calendars
Autonomous opportunity detection (Radar) and content arbitration
Telegram community management via AI-powered bots
Solana wallet-based authentication and $OLAN token payments
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of their wallet and private keys
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
Using the platform in accordance with these terms
Ensuring their AI agents comply with Twitter/X terms of service
Not engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities
Respecting intellectual property rights of others

Important Financial Disclaimers:
Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk
Token values can fluctuate dramatically and may become worthless
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Users should only invest what they can afford to lose
Neurolan does not provide financial advice
All trading and investment decisions are made at user's own risk
Platform Risks
Users acknowledge the following risks:
Smart contract vulnerabilities and blockchain risks
Potential loss of funds due to user error or technical issues
Third-party service dependencies (Twitter API, Telegram, OpenAI)
Regulatory changes that may affect platform operations
AI agent behavior may not always meet expectations
Platform availability is not guaranteed 24/7
Intellectual Property
Neurolan retains all rights to the platform's code and design
Users retain rights to their created content and tokens
AI-generated content may be subject to specific licensing terms
Users grant Neurolan limited rights to display their public content
Trademark and brand usage requires explicit permission
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Using AI agents to publish spam, misleading content, or market manipulation
Violating Twitter/X or Telegram terms of service through AI agents
Attempting to hack, exploit, or damage the platform
Impersonating others or creating misleading content
Spamming or engaging in abusive behavior
Limitation of Liability
Neurolan's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for financial losses from token trading
Platform is provided "as is" without warranties
We are not responsible for third-party service failures
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid to Neurolan
We are not liable for AI agent actions or outcomes
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access:
For violation of these terms of service
For fraudulent or abusive behavior
For legal or regulatory compliance reasons
At our discretion with or without notice
Users may terminate their account at any time
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled case by case for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service access failures caused by Neurolan.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started and platform access has been delivered.
Users can cancel or downgrade future renewals from billing settings.
To request a refund review, contact support@neurolan.io with wallet address, invoice ID, and the reason for the request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
Platform is hosted in the United States.
Users consent to jurisdiction in U.S. courts for legal matters.
Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing terms periodically.
